You will be responsible to monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks within an organization in a technical support role. If there are any issues or changes required, such as forgotten passwords, viruses or email issues, you’ll be the first point of contact of the employees.
Deberes y responsabilidades
Provide technical support for end users
Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
Manage and document system configurations
Setting up user-accounts, permissions and passwords (email, skype, active directory)
Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
Provides first level of support in production environment (e.g. client website, back office, etc.)
Acknowledge and accommodate incoming/newly created tickets
Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
Document standard procedure
Accomplish all task or project given by his Superiors
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
Required Language(s): English both written and oral
At least has 1 year of experience as an application support or equivalent
Can work in a rotational shift 24/7
Must be able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
Knowledge in using Zabbix
Knowledge in using Kibana
Ability to analyze data based on trend results
Experience in using JIRA and Confluence is a plus
Experience in Incident Management is a plus
Experience in supporting multiple application is a plus
Knowledge in TCP/IP is nice to have
Knowledge in Active Directory is nice to have
