We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources management tasks, managing financial-related work, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office with a physical base in Sofia, Bulgaria.
As an HR Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and success of our organization by managing employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and performance management. You will also manage HR-related financial activities, such as payroll processing and budget preparation.
In addition, as our Bulgarian operation will start small, the HR Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of the entire office, including managing office operations, supplies, and equipment.

Deberes y responsabilidades
You will be in charge of the HR function i.e. maintain personnel records up to date, conduct recruitment, manage payroll and benefits, and be the point person in employee relations which includes performance management and addressing grievances
You will work closely with corporate HR to develop office rules and policies for the Bulgarian office
You will prepare regular budget and operational status reports, and other reports as required
You will have a key role to set up our office from scratch. This includes sourcing for office locations, leasing, purchase of furniture and equipment, liaising with local vendors, and other related tasks
You will liaise with the local government authorities and ensure that our business is compliant with necessary permits and government registrations
You will run the daily office operations, create administrative policies, company apartment management, flight ticket bookings, and other administrative tasks
Qualifications
Local Bulgarian familiar with Sofia preferred
Required language(s): Fluent in both English and Bulgarian
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience in Human Resources (3-5 years) and familiarity with Bulgarian labor requirements
Be highly organized, self-motivated, and pays attention to detail
Have strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to prioritize
Have strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
